Pass the Pigs: Party Edition Board Game, by Winning Moves Games

I was looking for the classic Pass the Pigs game (the one in the green box). When I came across this party edition for less money (8 pigs for the price of 2). My penny-pinching tendencies thought it was a no-brainer. However, when I received it I realized the rules of play are different and play is limited to 4 people. (The classic game, technically, allows an unlimited number of players. So I guess "party" is a relative term!) The quality of the pigs is fine. The travel case is nice. The cards are tiny and have no case or box so they are likely to starting getting lost and torn up, which is okay because we're not likely to use them. I found the instructions (including a scoring guide with pictures of the pigs) online so printed them out and will keep them in the case.

Great little game to pass some time! I loved this as a kid, and this one has 4 sets of pigs, so you can make the most out of the game with any amount of players.

You can either play with 2 people as regular "Pass the Pigs" or with a group as the regular game. It is fun with family or friends! I would recommend it.

Fun Game to play

The photos picture brightly colored pigs. I ordered from Walmart only to get these pigs. Amazon has the natural pigs. But to my chagrin, when it arrived the box is different and the pigs are black and brown. Not pleased. What a waste - I could've just ordered the same thing from amazon instead.

Great game. I have been playing with the original version with my grandchildren and we have so much fun.

This game is for all ages. Our family had a absolute blast playing this game. We used 2 pigs, 6 people, played for $ and were as competitive as ever! Great game!

THIS IS A TRULY FUN GAME TO PLAY WITH ANYONE INTERESTED IN MAKING A PIG DO AS THE CARD DIRECTS. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE HARD AT FIRST, BUT WE FINALLY GOT IT ALL WORKED OUT . . . WE HOPE ANYWAY IT IS A LOT OF FUN AND DIFFERENT

This game is too much fun!! It's hours of silly entertainment. I also have the original score sheet so it's fun to play different ways but worth having the extra pigs!

I ordered the item that was pictured and got the set with the ugly "hot" colors. I see that the item is now out of stock. If you are going to picture something online and there are 2 choices, please picture both or let the consumer know that the color pictured is not what will be received. Love the game just don't want the ugly colors.

As a person who has the original pass the pigs game with the pink rubber pigs, I found this product misleading and disappointing. To start what the picture shows is inaccurate in that the pigs are actually neon green, yellow, purple and blue. Secondly, the pigs are made of a different material that do not bounce or play in the same way as the original. It is obvious the company made cost reduction decisions and it affected the overall quality and play of their product. Very disappointed.

Received my item with ship to store very fast. Opened box and found bright color pigs like blue,green ,pink not what was pictured. The game would still function fine but I would not have ordered if the color of the game pieces were accurately represented. Disappointed as it was a gift for someone looking for the version with the realistically colored pigs. Then the entire time I'm trying to write this review walmart has a search box that keeps covering up typing
