MAJOR PROBLEM WITH CUSTOMER STILL !!!
by Deliver2Orders2WrongHouse
Walmart decided to send my 2 separate orders to the wrong address!!! Instead of correcting their huge mess; they gave me ultimatums without consulting me.THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. You don't force ultimatums on customers!!! This is the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. One order I had an ON iPad ; Walmart delivered it to wrong address!!! Another order; I ordered an Apple IPod, JBEL ear buds and TV Wall Brackets for the new TCL TV I bought from Walmart …Again; Walmart delivered the 2nd order to the wrong address!!!! Then, I had to cancel my TV installation because they needed the TV Brackets!!! Walmart picked up any date they saw fit for them and decided to ship it regardless if I will receive it or NOT. I was scheduled for a surgery outside my state and I sent emails to Walmart 5 times informing them that no one would be home to accept any deliveries and if they insisted on their delivery to go ahead and cancel my TV wall Brackets order. With all the emails I sent Walmart and with the pleading with them not to ship; Walmart shipped out the TV Was all Brackets and there was NO ONE TO ACCESS THE ORDER AND I AM STILL IN HOSPITAL!!! I have no idea what happened to the other but as we speak; I don't know what happened to my order!!! Additionally, Again; this order was delivered to the wrong address!!! Walmart refused to send me another order claiming that everything I have ordered and was delivered to wrong address was sold out and they were not willing to send me any substitute or issue any rain checks for all 3 items that I paid for but Walmart shipped them to WRONG ADDRESS!!! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When A Retailer like Walmart delivers any order to wrong location; it's Walmart responsibility to ensure that the customer does receive everything they ordered even if they have to move mountains!!! When I said that to the Walmart customer service Representative; she laughed at me and I knew then that Walmart is NOT SINCERE OR COMPETENT ABOUT TRUE GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My family and I have decided to cancel all of our three Walmart accounts and all 5 families will seize shopping at any Walmart. Practically; I believe it was our fault that we went back shopping at Walmart; we really thought that this time around; Walmart is going to fix their poor customer service in order for any new product to succeed!!! We all knew what kind of customer service Walmart has been offering us and frankly, it was the worst customer service I ever had!!! But we thought Walmart realized their weakness and decided to take care of their badly damaged reputation for the new Walmart ! NO RETAILER SHOULD INTRODUCE ANY NEW PRODUCT/PROGRAM, and their customer service is one of the worst! I will always wonder WHY WALMART HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHY THEY DO NOT FIX IT?? The answer is obvious; WALMART DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE; THEIR AGENTS SPOKE TO ME LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT AND THEY INSISTED UPON ULTIMATUMS! SHAME ON WALMART!
Great Game, Poor Packaging and Quality
by Kimberly
My teen relatives loved this classic game. (They have never played Risk before.). It came undamaged, though only in a thin plastic package. (I can see why others are complaining of damage to the board game box, as that could definitely happen, with the way they ship it!) As far as the actual game elements themselves, the pieces were super flimsy - very disappointing for a mid-range (price-wise) game. I expected better.
Customer Experience is Start to Finish

Item 1 - delivery date was 1 day late Item 2 - package delivered was to wrong address. Fortunately, it was my address and not my neighbor's where it was supposed to be delivered

I ordered one of these and it came damaged, got a replacement and it was also damaged. So disappointing, will return both and take my business elsewhere.

We play risk all the time, great game. I wanted one of my own. The quality of this game can be compared to a free prize in a kids meal. The board is made out of cardstock. The game pieces are literally half the size of regular game pieces. this game cost over 26 dollars. huge disappointment.
Knock-off
by Jeanette
Bootleg Knockoff, minuscule see-through pieces, no Hasbro branding, missing war chests, card stock game board.

Flimsy Cheap Broken and Missing Pieces
by Dawn
Flimsy board that won't stay flat, and cheap, small pieces. Several pieces are missing or broken.

Great Family Fun
by Kathryn
Risk does what it set out to do: It is a simple wargame that is easily learned, perfect for beginners, and uses both luck and strategy. A smart player can use lots of tactics to mitigate the luck aspect. If you play Risk correctly, you'll find a need to use diplomacy and politics. It can last a very long time -- but it's easy to leave and continue later. There is a reason this game has stayed popular for 50 years. It's easy to learn and fun!
Fabulous game for the entire family entertainment
by Rajani
Love the game. This game takes a while to play (at least 2-3 hours if not more). There are lots of videos on YouTube to learn the basics of the game. In 30 minutes one can get started. Fun and can be competitive when playing with kids. During the COVID-19 times, take mind of the stressful situations and entertain with this game.

It's not a risk- it's risky!
by Mandee
It's been years since I last played, purchased this for a birthday, and it was a hit. The set is great and better organized than I remember - feels like a premium and contemporary version of the classic one that is probably falling apart in many peoples closets!
Fun Game for the Fam
by Katie
I'm not sure why we waited so long to purchase Risk. We played as a family with kids 7 and up and they all loved it. It was a concept that was easy to grasp, and as a homeschooling mom I was happy to see a few bits of educational aspects mixed in. I do worry about the sturdiness of the cards though.
