We ordered this last minute and ended up enjoying ourselves! My cousin has always been a Pokemon fan. Definitely not a “traditional” monopoly, but it was a fun spin for sure.

Adorable %26 Unique!

Super cute art and game! We were happily surprised to find it had battling as an anchor activity in the game. My 10 year olds thought it looked like Monopoly Jr though which I didn't realize when I bought it for them.

Refreshing new twist on Monopoly

by teddybare812_4449

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Monopoly Pokemon Edition from Influenster for an honest review. My friend and I were really excited to try this game since we are both Pokemon fans. The game pieces are really adorable as they are, of course, Pokemon characters. The actual rules and gameplay, however, differentiate from regular Monoply as in that you have tracker mats and try to catch Pokemon to complete your mat. It’s actually a refreshing twist on Monopoly and suggest giving it a try.

Super fun came.we had a blast.

by aprilt007_1799

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my Monoploy Pokmon Edition board game and we had a great time playing it. A bit different than regular monopoly and doesn't last for hours which I like. Cute little game pieces and my favorites is Pikachu. Instead of money you use pok balls. We played as normal and did one circle of passing go (collect 2 pok balls) before we explored locutions. Roll the dice and move spaces. If you land on a location you must explore it for the exploration pok ball cost, and you now own the location so grab your location card and hold it, then you take a chance with the pok ball dice. If you roll a pok ball you collect a Pokémon chip to add to your tracer mat of the same element. If you roll an X you win nothing. If the location is also owned by another trainer you have to either explore paying the pol ball cost and if you win you earn a Pokémon chip (which are location on the side of your playing board by the color of the elements for your tracker mat or battle and you win it the trainer does not own the set (both locations ) you can take that location from them. When you land on a location you own you can explore for free meaning you can roll the Pokémon dice at a chance to win a Pokémon chip for your tracker mat. If you land on a Lapras space you have the ability to move to a space before the next Lapras space (any space in between) the adventure and college spaces are a fun addition to the game. Adventures normally have gaining cards you can keep for future use. The battle spaces are a fun way to battle for Pokémon chips. We all had a blast and will be playing this one regularly. it's competitive but quick. Each player gets a tracker mat that matches their player piece and 20 pok ball chips to use in place of money. I highly recommend this game as it's monopoly but a faster version of it. I am super excited to add this one to our board game collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mean, it's monopoly! Do I need to say anything else? And with the POKEMON theme, I mean come on. It's the best ever. Our family completely enjoyed it. It is a beautiful concept and execution and we are in awe. I highly recommend this game.

Fun nostalgic game!

by influestereviews_2729

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really unique fun take on the original monopoly. Pokémon is so popular right now so it’s really fun to be nostalgic for anyone who played it young. Really happy to have this and have a lot of fun playing it!

by myab75_9825

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well packaged. Only up to four players for this Pokémon monopoly game. It's a bit different from traditional monopoly. You get to battle and catch Pokémon. I chose this for my boys, so hopefully, they will enjoy it.

We love this game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We adore this game. We have original monopoly and my 7 year old gets so frustrated with it. But this, it's a skin on originally monopoly and the pokemon distract him from getting frustrated. It's a good family game to play and definitely will be purchasing it for my nephews.

Great twist on traditional monopoly

by melhhm_4923

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pokémon Monopoly is a fun twist on the classic game, packed with nostalgic details. The themed board, property names, and custom tokens make it feel like a true Pokémon adventure. Once the game gets going, it’s just as competitive and entertaining as regular Monopoly, with the added charm of collecting Pokémon instead of real estate. The only downside is that setting up takes a bit longer than expected, with all the different cards and pieces to organize. But once that’s out of the way, it’s an enjoyable game night option, especially for Pokémon lovers.

by vivarawwr_7680

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend and I were playing this last night. It's cute packaging, but I didn't like how you don't use monopoly money and use pokeballs instead. Instructions seemed very confusing as well. Took us awhile to understand it.

Family favourite

by samanthab983_3721

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your child is a Pokémon fan and loves games, this is a must-have. I got the Pokémon Monopoly for my 9-year-old son, and it instantly became a weekend favourite. The game takes the classic Monopoly format and blends it with the world of Pokémon—so instead of buying properties, you're catching Pokémon from the Kanto region, like Pikachu, Charizard, and Eevee. What I loved as a parent: Engaging gameplay that teaches money management, turn-taking, and strategy (without it feeling like homework). The Pokémon twist kept it fresh and exciting—even I had fun joining in! The custom tokens (like a Poké Ball, Pikachu’s hat, and more) are adorable and well-made. My son loved reading the "Trainer Battle" and "Professor Oak" cards—they spark little story moments that keep things imaginative. It’s especially great for kids who are just starting to enjoy board games beyond simple luck-based ones. My son got really into planning
